Being one of the most desirable brides of Hollywood, Alicia Silverstone did not hurry to get married. There is not much information about the private life of the actress but even that little information journalists managed to find out is quickly denied by Alicia. So once she would be “married off” to Adam Sandler, but Silverstone preferred an ordinary Los Angeles University student to the actor. Among unaccomplished grooms of Silverstone was also Leonardo DiCaprio. “We have been acquainted since childhood, and he used once to date my girlfriend, and nothing more”, – justified the actress. The one Silverstone didn’t have to justify for was her future husband – the leader of punk group “S.T.U.N.” Christopher Jarecki. However nobody waited for any comments because very few people believed that there can be anything serious between a musician with bad reputation and main good girl of Hollywood. But Alicia behaved as any really loving person would do: she went on a tour around America with the group and having come back she declared to the press her intention to get engaged to Christopher. After eight years of their romance which didn’t manage to suppress rumors about endless affairs of Silverstone, the couple got married on June, 11th, 2005. The wedding ceremony took place in a private residence on the bank of Tagus attended by 135 friends and relatives. Love and fidelity oaths were pronounced not in front of an altar but on a beach where barefoot young people exchanged rings. According Alicia’s friends Christopher Jarecki is a her perfect match – at least because he agreed to accept together with the wife her five dogs and eats for breakfast apricot sauce with pleasure.
